Private workspace access

Use Studio only with an account authorized by the workspace administrators and only for the work that account is permitted to perform. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Do not share accounts, attempt to bypass permissions, or access another person’s account.

Administrators may change or disable access as team responsibilities change or to protect the workspace. Losing access does not automatically remove shared production history.

Content and permissions

Import, upload, link, or publish material only when you have the necessary permission. Respect the privacy, copyright, and other rights of the people whose material appears in the workspace. Using Studio does not change ownership of that material or grant permission to use someone else’s work.

Review and publishing

AI descriptions, transcripts, and suggested metadata can contain mistakes. Review them before relying on them. Team members remain responsible for editorial decisions, approvals, captions, and the material posted to social accounts.

An approval applies to the version identified in the review. A link to Frame.io or another external service remains subject to that service’s access settings and terms.

Workspace operation

Studio is maintained for the team’s production work. Features and integrations may change, and outages or processing delays can occur. Keep the original source material and use the team’s backup and recovery procedures for important work.

Do not use the workspace to distribute malicious software, disrupt services, or collect information unrelated to the team’s authorized work.
