Privacy policy

Rainer Studio is a private workspace for Rainer’s content team. This page explains how information is used to operate it.

Account information and Google sign-in

When you sign in with Google, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, exchange the identity information needed to authenticate you. This includes your Google account identifier, email address, verification status, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture, when provided.

Studio uses verified identity information to check its approved account list, establish your session, and connect you to your assigned workspace role. Google profile information may remain in your Supabase authentication record. Your Studio membership uses the name and role assigned by the workspace.

Sign-in requests only the openid, email, and profile permissions. It does not authorize access to your Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Photos. We do not sell Google account information, use it for advertising, or send Google sign-in profile information to media-analysis models.

Workspace content

Studio stores content briefs, assignments, comments, review decisions, posting information, reference material, imported footage, and associated metadata. The library may store thumbnails, transcripts, AI descriptions, tags, and video moments. Frame.io review links identify edited versions hosted in Frame.io.

These records support production, review, reuse of footage, and performance tracking. Workspace members can access information according to the application’s permissions. Administrators manage membership and integrations.

Service providers and AI processing

Vercel hosts the application. Supabase provides authentication, database services, and private media storage. Configured processing workers and job services handle background work. Google Gemini processes imported media or reference material selected for analysis to produce descriptions, transcripts, and search metadata. This media processing is separate from Google sign-in.

Sentry receives technical diagnostics to help identify application failures. Studio is configured to omit default personal identifiers and disable session replay. Links to Google, Instagram, and Frame.io open services governed by their own privacy policies.

Service providers process information as needed to deliver these functions. We do not sell workspace information or provide it to advertising networks.

Cookies and browser storage

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage also supports appearance preferences and recovery of unsaved work. These features help operate the workspace; Studio does not use advertising cookies.

Retention, access, and removal

Information is retained while needed for workspace operation, content history, security, and backups. Deactivating a member stops workspace access but does not erase their contributions. Removing content from the interface may retain the underlying records or media for recovery.

Contact a Studio administrator to correct account information or request removal of account or workspace data. The administrator will review the request, including any shared production history or backup copies involved. You can also revoke Google access in your Google Account connections; revoking access does not itself delete existing Studio records.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions or requests, contact tnnrle@gmail.com, the Studio administrator and Google application contact. This page will be updated when the way Studio handles information changes.
